BRAND NEW BEGINNING

So I spent my spring break preparing for my new website relaunch. While this is not my first time creating and/or launching a site, I will say that it was a challenge.

In the past, I have created my own sites with the use of DreamWeaver and some coding. This time I decided to take (what I thought was) the easy route...boy was I wrong. I decided to use Wix's templates to give myself a head start in the relaunch. Turns out that using templates, rearranging buttons and pages, and linking pages was a lot more difficult that it seemed. There were a few times that I just had to stop working because I spent so much time trying to figure out the details. Then in the middle of the night, I would wake up with an epiphany. Sad part was that the "epiphany" was just me overthinking the whole thing. Oddly enough, I finally got the hang of this template thing and was finally off and running.

I will say this...I am very impressed with myself for getting this completed in a week. I do love the Wix platform, especially all of the apps that I can incorporate into my site.
