Each regular order consists of approximately 2 oz or 24 large gummies.
Made fresh to order. Please allow 3-5 business days to prepare your order for shipping. Order 4 or more for FREE SHIPPING.
Please note, during hot weather months, shipping will only occur on Monday and Tuesday to avoid unnecessary heat from sitting over the weekend.
Each Party Favor order consists of 10 party favors sized baggies containing 10 gummies per bag or approximately 1 oz.
Additional flavors available upon request. For example bourbon, whiskey, etc. Mixed requests (2+ types of alcohol) will incur an additional fee. Please message before ordering mixed drinks so I may create a special listing for you.
I do parties and wholesale pricing for large orders
These gummies have a different texture and consistency than the store bought gummies.
These gummies will melt in heat over 70 degree so ice packs are recommended for shipping. This is offered as a separate listing in my shop. Refunds WILL NOT be issued for gummies that have melted due to not purchasing ice packs.
The alcohol in these gummies is an ingredient used and cooked leaving just the flavor of choice. Please note that the alcohol is cooked during the process as with any baked or cooked item made with alcohol.
Although I try my best to ship all order within the stated processing time, All processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. No refunds will be given for delayed processing, especially during the holiday season.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL: Please note, all custom items are non-refundable. Each design is made to customer specifications and will not be refunded. Your custom item(s) will be completed within 2 - 5 days of receipt of payment. Any order needing to be processed in less than 48 hours will be charged an expedited fee 20% of the order total or $5, whichever is greater.

SHIPPPING: If your package requires shipping, it will be sent to the mailing address listed through Paypal. Please be sure to verify your mailing address before submitting payment as changes cannot be made after payment. All orders will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested (may incur additional shipping costs). All orders will ship within 2 - 5 days of payment with a tracking number. Orders should be received within 2-5 business days, depending on location. Please state if you need your item sooner.
